RETURNS AND NON-CONFORMITY
The shipped merchandise is checked for quality and condition. If you have any questions regarding the use of the product or any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Whether it is returns due to withdrawal from the purchase or non-conformity (malfunction), we kindly ask you to follow the following instructions for easy processing of your product:
· To start your return, you need to initiate a claim from your profile. You can learn about the procedure by clicking Here.
· Please note that the legally established deadline for reporting returns is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, plus 3 business days to deliver the product to our facilities.
· It is essential that you return the complete item (including all accessories) and with the original packaging in perfect or best possible condition.
· Once in our facilities and reviewed by our technical department, we will contact you. If it is a technical failure, it is covered by the warranty, but if it is due to misuse, mishandling, or lack of knowledge in its use, the customer will be charged for the collection transportation and the transportation of the new shipment, if applicable, as it is not covered by the warranty.
WITHDRAWAL
The consumer and user have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal from the receipt of the product (NOT POSSIBLE FOR BUSINESSES, RESELLERS, OR PROFESSIONALS). The proper procedure is to initiate a claim from your profile. Remember that it is essential to meet the following conditions:
The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, with its original packaging and labeling. The return cannot take place in any case if the supplied products have been clearly used or if the brand's packaging has been opened in any way. Please decide before using the product whether you are truly interested in it.
In case your product arrives with noticeable transport damage, contact us within 12 hours so that we can handle the situation.
The product must retain all the accessories with which it was supplied, specific to the brand, along with its original packaging.
Due to their nature, the following products are excluded from the withdrawal:
All types of software, memory, computer components such as graphics cards, hard drives, CPUs, and motherboards. Console games, DVDs, Blu-Rays. Products that are susceptible to manipulation.
For hygiene reasons, all types of products related to personal care or health, paella pans, kitchen utensils, household items in general.
All products that require direct contact with certain parts of the body, such as in-ear headphones, hair straighteners, epilators, or personal care products.
Any material to be returned must be in the same condition as it was delivered. This implies that in the field of information technology, the operating system must be the same as when received, respecting partitions and original programs. Hard drives must be free of external content, as well as any type of configuration.
Products that require fixed installation and have been modified for installation purposes (ovens, countertops, microwaves, washing machines).
Consumable products, like printer cartridges.
OUTLET PC will take care of returns when there is minimal wear and tear on the product without affecting its use. In cases where the wear or deterioration of the item exceeds a single test or inspection, a corresponding compensation proportional to the damage may be agreed upon with the customer.
OUTLET PC will not accept returns due to withdrawal beyond the established period.
When the return is due to withdrawal, OUTLET PC will only refund the product amount, not the shipping cost, as it is a service contracted by the customer for delivery.
SHIPPING OR RETURN OF PRODUCTS
To ensure that returns arrive in the best possible condition at our facilities, protect the packaging of the product so that it arrives in the same condition as when received. It is necessary for small products to be returned packaged in a similar manner to how they were received, always trying to conceal the contents from plain view.
Larger products should be shipped in a way that the package cannot be easily opened, properly secured with protections to prevent damage during transit.
OUTLET PC will not accept any product return that does not have its original packaging. In the event that it does not have its original packaging, the product will need to go through the manufacturer's official technical service.
NON-CONFORMITY
In case of non-conformity, where the product is not suitable for its intended use, has a defect, is not the ordered product, or for any other reason, please contact customer service to explain the problem and receive a solution.
