Clean and dry the skin before use, ensuring the blister area is free of cream and oil residue. Remove the bottom paper, avoiding touching the adhesive side. Apply the dressing firmly over the blister, ensuring the edges are well smoothed. Keep it in place until it starts to detach (Note: it may remain adhered in place for up to several days). To remove the dressing: do not pull upwards. You must stretch it slowly along the skin.
