Open Box products are items that come from commercial returns made within 14 days. As such, their packaging has been opened and the customer has returned them for various reasons, exercising their right of withdrawal.

The product will arrive in a like-new condition, either unused or with just a few hours of use, complete with all original accessories and the original packaging, ready for use. The packaging will be unsealed since our technicians have conducted a second review to verify its proper operation.

These devices have undergone a thorough quality check and review both by Outlet PC and by the manufacturer, ensuring that their condition and operation are like that of a brand-new product.

The warranty for this product is the same as that for a new product. If you're not satisfied with the quality of the open box, you have 14 calendar days to return it.
