Technical support and Problems

In order to troubleshoot any problems you may have with your orders, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. If you are already logged in, go to the "Orders/Returns" section in your profile.
  3. Click on the "View order" button to enter the order where you want to make the return.
  4. Once inside, click on the "Open a ticket" button at the bottom of the page.
  5. Choose the product you are having a problem with and indicate your problem on the form.
  6. Once the incident has been opened, you have to respond by the thread of messages that will reach your email. Please, do not open a new ticket, as we have previously indicated, reply to the same email.
